Guillaume Merland qualified as a member of the Montpellier Bar and as a member of the Montpellier Bar in 2011. He holds a Ph.D. in public law, and specializes in public law and environmental law.
Guillaume Merland was an associate within the “local public entities and zoning” department of an important law firm in Montpellier. His main practice areas include urban planning law, zoning, environmental law, local public entities and public procurement. Mr. Merland handles both counselling and litigation related work.
Guillaume Merland is a senior lecturer at the Montpellier Law School where he teaches zoning law, development law, public domain, and local public entities law. He is the head of the MA Program in “Local Public Administration”.
Guillaume Merland is also an active member of various training institutions such as the ENACT of Montpellier, the CNFPT of Languedoc-Roussillon and the ICH of Montpellier.
