Kamel El Hilali

Kamel El Hilali holds a PhD in public law from the Université Paris-II Panthéon-Assas and is a research associate at Yale Law School’s Information Society Project.

His research focuses on data protection law, platform regulation and artificial intelligence. He works as a consultant for Lysias Partners on digital law issues.
